GenSCAN (Genomics Single Cell Analysis)

GenSCAN (Genomics Single Cell Analysis) allows to explore heterogeneity within cell populations, tissues or organs with single-cell genomics approaches.

GenSCAN is equipped with the single-cell Chromium controller de 10X genomics (funded by the Coup d’Elan award from the Bettencourt foundation). The apparatus allows to partition individual cells to analyze the transcriptome (single-cell RNA-seq), chromatin accessibility (single-cell ATAC-seq) or combined analysis (Multiome : single-cell RNA-seq + single-cell ATAC-seq).
