Mouse Genome editing (CRISPR/Cas9)

CBI - IPBS

The Mouse Genome Editing service was born in 2016 by merging equipment and expertise present at IPBS and CBI.

The Mouse Genome Editing Service offers scientific and technical assistance to generate new mouse models using CrispR/Cas9 technology.

The  activities of the Mouse Genome Editing service are 1) to define the best strategy for a given project together with the project leader and 2) to perform the experiments required for the genome editing in mouse zygotes.
